Kim attended the NFIB/Indiana Small Business Day at the Capitol on February 19, 2014. Governor Pence was the keynote speaker.

Jerry participated in the 7th Annual "Giving Rooted in Caring" Golf Outing to benefit the Hospital Foundation of Decatur County. This was his seconnd year to participate.


Kim Wilson recently led NAWIC Chapter 34's MAGIC (Mentoring a Girl in Construction) Camp. Six students from Indianapolis Metropolitan High School came to camp and learned from volunteer instructors many phases of construction: from blueprint reading, safety management, and drywall installation to electrical socket installation, painting, tile, grout, and more.

We are honored to be named the 2011 NAWIC (National Association of Women in Construction) Company of the Year.

NAWIC's criteria for this award included:
1. Support of and involvement with NAWIC over the past year;
2. Support of its employees in their professional growth and professional development within the industy; and
3. Philanthropic commitments or contributions made to the local community.


Kim Wilson serves as vice-president of NAWIC Chapter 34 (National Association of Women in Construction) and is also on the ABC Small Business Committee (Associated Builders & Contractors, Inc.)


Kim attended the Indiana Department of Administration 2010 Minority and Women's Business Enterprises Division Summer Resource Fair and Workshop Series.

Congratulations to Kim Wilson, our VP of Sales and Safety. Kim won the 2010 NAWIC (National Association of Women in Construction) Region 4 New Leader Award.

National Association of Women in Construction

Kim Wilson, our Vice-President of Sales and Safety has been elected to the position of Secretary of our local chapter of National Association of Women in Construction.

Network of Women in Business

Gladys and Kim attended NOWIB's July Women's Forum at the Ritz Charles in Carmel. The forum topic was "Adaptive Leadership" presented by Katherine Tyler Scott, Managing Partner of Ki ThoughtBridge.


Meyer Najum "Day of Diversity"

Gladys, Kim, and Cheri attended the Day of Diversity in May hosted by Meyer Najum at Indianapolis Motor Speedway along with representatives from 47 other companies. Speakers at the event were Michael Hasler, business development specialist of the U.S. Small Business Administration; Reppard Horne, executive director of the Indiana Minority Business Enterprise Center; and Jesse Moore Jr., director of supplier diversity at Purdue University.
